Progress Not Perfection

You see yourself in the mirror everyday- that makes it hard to see the little changes. Sometimes you need to look back at how far you've come. On the left is the beginning of my very first prep, 3 months out from my first show. The right is a few weeks ago and 3 months out from my next planned show. The next time you're feeling discouraged with your progress, step back and take in the bigger picture- then jump back in and take it to the next level
